Artistic Director/Studio Owner
Caitlin joined the FAC staff in the Fall of 2011 as the dance instructor/in-house choreographer and has continued on to teach both group and private theatre classes. After choreographing 8 full scale musicals, and producing several dance and theatre showcases, Caitlin is now the proud owner and director of Fine Arts Connection. Caitlin is also a public theater educator for Elizabeth Public Schools with a BA from Montclair State University in Theater Studies with over 13 years of experience teaching various dance and performing arts classes to youth and adults of all ages. Caitlin is thrilled for the opportunity she has been given to provide a quality educational experience, and to share her love for the arts with the FAC community.
Private Piano Instructor
Sandy, being born and raised in Montville, now a resident of Lake Hiawatha, has been a part of the FAC family since 2006. Sandy has her degree in Hotel/Restaurant Mgmt., with 9 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In addition to managing the studio at FAC, Sandy has taught beginner level piano lessons. Sandy is also a teacher at PBJC teaching basic Hebrew language, as well as a substitute for the nursery school program. In her free time, Sandy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, listening to music, and cooking.
SHAUNA PARK LEE

New Jersey born and raised Singer/Songwriter/Lyricist/Arranger/Vocal Coach, Shauna has a Bachelors in Professional Music with a concentrate in performance from Berklee College of Music and a Masters in Music Education from Boston University. For over 10 years, Shauna has been teaching private voice, piano, and general music to all styles and ages. Shauna's passion for music and teaching will continue to be a leading influence for future generations.

Sean is a highly talented and verstile musician, and a thoroughly skilled guitarist. He has been providing premiere guitar instruction to FAC students of all levels of skill and experience throughout the years. Aside from teaching, Sean is a working musician with an exciting career. We are thrilled to have Sean on staff to share his talent and knowledge with our FAC community.

Mrs. Markowski (Kristen) is thrilled to become a member of the FAC Family. As the Choral Director of Montville Township High School for the past 7 years, she has had a strong connection to the program and the students who attend FAC, and is excited to become a part of that! At the beginning of November, Kristen will be leaving MTHS and starting her new adventure as the Choral Director at Morris Knolls High School in Rockaway - teaching Concert Choir, Advanced Concert Choir, and Music Theory - while vocally directing for their theater program.
Kristen received her B.M. in Vocal Music Education from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. While not teaching, Kristen is still an active performer in the classical music scene as a soprano soloist and accompanies for various groups and ensembles throughout Morris County. She also enjoys being Mom to three wonderful boys!
Private Violin/Viola/Cello/Piano/Ukulele Instructor
Bryce graduated from the Ithaca College School of Music in 2017. As a Teaching Artist, Bryce works with students of all ages, teaching instrumental and general music curriculum. Bryce teaches orchestral strings for Wharton Institute for the Performing Arts: PMP and NJYS, serving students in elementary, middle, and high school. Bryce has led Music Together classes for children ages 1-4, Wolf Trap arts-integration residencies for Pre-K classrooms, and through Paterson Music Project, general music classes for 1st and 2nd grades. Bryce teaches private lessons for NJPAC: Jazz for Teens, Fine Arts Connection, and Monmouth Conservatory of Music. Through a diverse range of teaching roles, Bryce has worked with students with intellectual and developmental disabilities in private and ensemble settings. While cello is his primary instrument, Bryce also teaches violin, piano, guitar, trumpet, and double bass.
Group Theater Instructor
Heather has been involved in the arts for 15 years. She is pleased to be teaching at the Fine Arts Connection where she first started taking classes. She studied the arts in both New York City and Los Angeles and graduated from American Musical and Dramatic Academy with her BFA in musical theater.
Heather is proud to have been in a multitude of shows ranging from over 20 Mainstage productions, cabarets, and black box productions as well as working backstage as a stage hand for many productions in New Jersey and New York. She also has had choral experience with New Jersey’s state, regional and county choirs and she continues to be involved in the arts.
Loren is a professional actor and theatre educator who has been the heartbeat and lifeline of FAC for over a decade. Through his never ending pursuit of providing premium theatrical education to any and all students, Loren has fostered a one of a kind program that connects the community with the performing arts, and provides students with unique opportunities and experiences. While his journey has taken him across state lines, he will always have a home here at FAC!
